I recently had a client of mine that was blacklisted. Blacklisting is when a person's email is being recognized as spam or nefarious in nature. These companies basically report to Msn, Yahoo, Gmail...etc that your address is not legit and therefore you cannot email its subscribers. However useful, it can also be a terrible pain to reverse.
